Saravana Grand Suites This Booking Policy outlines the terms applicable to all reservations made through the Saravana Grand Suites website, mobile platforms, or authorized booking channels. 1. Reservation Confirmation All bookings are subject to room availability. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Guests must ensure that all booking details provided are accurate at the time of reservation. 2. Payment Terms Advance payment (full or partial) may be required to confirm the booking. Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at the time of booking. Saravana Grand Suites reserves the right to revise room rates without prior notice. 3. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In Time: As mentioned during booking (typically between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM). Check-Out Time: As mentioned during booking (typically between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4. Guest Identification All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa details. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of check-in without refund. 5. Occupancy Policy The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking. Extra adults or children may be accommodated at an additional cost. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. 6. Cancellation & Modification Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected. Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and revised pricing. Property Rules Guests must comply with hotel rules and regulations during their stay. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and pet policies are applicable as per hotel guidelines. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation for policy violations without refund. 10. Force Majeure Saravana Grand Suites shall not be held liable for delays or inability to honor bookings due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies. Alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at management discretion. 11.
