Refund Policy

Saravana Grand Suites

At Saravana Grand Suites, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read the refund policy carefully before making a reservation.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for bookings canceled within the permitted cancellation period mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the selected room type, rate plan, and booking conditions.

  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


2. Cancellation-Based Refunds

  • Free Cancellation Period:
    If cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, a full refund will be issued (excluding applicable taxes or convenience fees, if any).

  • Late Cancellation:
    Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may attract a cancellation charge, and only a partial refund or no refund may be applicable.

  • No-Show:
    In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date), no refund will be provided.


3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.


4. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges levied during the booking process are non-refundable.


5. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and revised pricing.

  • If a modification results in a lower booking amount, the difference may be refunded as per policy.

  • If the revised booking amount is higher, the guest must pay the additional amount.


6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be processed at the discretion of Saravana Grand Suites.

  • Alternative options such as date rescheduling or booking credit may be offered instead of refunds.


7. Refund Disputes

  • Any refund-related disputes must be reported within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.


8. Policy Changes

  • Saravana Grand Suites reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The applicable policy will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
